What I have found is that if I start Uplay in the offline mode the game plays as expected but I receive an error that says Far Cry 4 service is unavailable try again later.

I have always started the game in the offline mode but uplay was in the online mode. Now I have to start Uplay in the offline mode to get the game to work.

I problem started about 1 week ago. I had been playing under windows 10 since June because I was never able to play the game under windows 7 because of the black screen when you connect a xbox 360 controller.
