Callers will hear the Caller Greeting prior to the Ringback Tone being played. The Caller Greeting will help introduce Ringback Tones to your callers.

You can add or delete the Caller Greeting at any time during your subscription by accessing 'My Settings.' Please Note: The Caller Greeting is an optional feature that may be altered, changed or removed by Verizon Wireless at any time.
